CSV Template Usage

Use the CSV template to efficiently import large numbers of assets into the system. The template includes all required fields and sample data to help you get started quickly.

📋 Required Fields

  • ID: Unique asset identifier
  • Asset: Asset name/description
  • Serial: Serial number
  • BLE TAG: BLE tag identifier
  • Group: Asset category/department
  • Type: Asset type classification

⚡ Optional Fields

  • IPv4: IP address (if applicable)
  • MacAddress: MAC address
  • PartNumber: Manufacturer part number
💡 Tip: Leave optional fields empty with "-" if not applicable

📤 Upload Process

  1. Download the CSV template
  2. Fill in your asset data
  3. Save as CSV format
  4. Upload through the web interface
  5. Review and confirm import
